Our leading Manufacturing client in the Dungannon area are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Services Representative to join their Customer Service team.
Reporting to: Customer Service Manager
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
This role requires tenacity, diligence, resolve, determination, and perseverance. A great work ethic and a willingness to grow are essential, along with the ability to follow processes without taking shortcuts and key skills in providing service.
Duties:
* Provide a world-class level of Customer Service
* Provide Customer Solutions
* Manage orders
* Address pricing and availability enquiries
* Liaise with internal departments and external supply
* Communicate efficiently and professionally with customers
* Partake in customer service calls and identify areas for improvement
* Work as part of a team
Requirements:
* Educated to a minimum of A level or equivalent, which will include GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above
* Experience of working within a busy office environment
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload using initiative
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good listening skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Experience of the crushing and screening industry would be desirable though not essential
