HRIT People are working with a Global Organisation with 2,700 employees in over 9 Countries, currently in the process of implementing SAP S/4 Hana. HRIT People have been supporting the internal SAP SuccessFactors hiring needs and, therefore, also helping with the SAP S/4 Hana requirements.
The Position:
To support the implementation, optimisation, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Finance aligned with business processes. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure the seamless operation of SAP functionalities.
Deliverables:
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA system solutions.
* Perform configuration of FI/CO
* Work on system integration and data migration activities.
* Provide support for SAP S/4HANA system users, including training and documentation.
* Collaborate with SAP Basis, ABAP, and other technical teams.
* Participate in UAT, SIT, and go-live activities.
* Monitor and troubleshoot SAP system performance issues.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
* Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) with a core focus on Finance & controlling (FI/CO)
* Experience in at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation or migration project.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Certified in SAP FICO and/or SAP FICO ECC (preferred)
* Content with working from the Oxford office once a week (more flexibility offered after 6+ Months)

The Compensation is paying up to £87,000 Per Year and requires One-Day-A-Week on-site close to Central Oxfordshire, so the candidate must be fully eligible to work in the United Kingdom and (Ideally) drive for self-convenience.
