GSL Education are looking for a dedicated Special Education Needs Teacher to join our inclusive co-educational client school in Ringwood. As a Special Education Needs Teacher, you will play a key role in educating and inspiring students with special needs, helping them to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities of a Special Education Needs Teacher: · Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs. · Work closely with teachers and school staff to provide tailored support and interventions. · Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and monitor their progress. · Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students. · Maintain accurate records of student progress and support provided. · Assisting students in study one-to-one when required. Requirements for a Special Education Needs Teacher: · Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in a SEN teacher role. · Strong understanding of special educational needs and effective teaching strategies. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
