What the Job Involves Your role involves managing children aged 10-17 subject to youth justice interventions. You'll conduct high-quality assessments and create personalized intervention plans to promote desistance from offending and ensure public safety. The task includes collaborating with multi-agency partners to deliver child-focused services. You'll oversee compliance with legal orders, liaise with courts, and engage in relevant training, contributing to service monitoring and development.
