About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Teamwear Department based at the team’s factory in Brackley as a Teamwear Coordinator. In this role you will support the Teamwear Manager with the fulfilment of internal clothing requests, coordinating clothing for partner events, and ensuring new starters have the correct uniform for their role including PPE. Attention to detail is essential as the role will also involve supporting with the packing of the driver race wear.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a high-performing team. You will oversee incoming deliveries, ensuring they are efficiently checked and stored while reporting any errors. You will also be responsible for maintaining the required store room standards at all times.
You will be the day-to-day contact for external service suppliers supporting Teamwear as well as key departments on-site, therefore you will be a skilled communicator proficient at creating and maintaining successful and collaborative business relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist Teamwear Manager with the fulfilment and distribution of internal teamwear orders and requests.
* Coordinate the distribution of office and factory wear (including PPE) to all new starters.
* Monitor event itineraries to identify additional travellers ensuring they have the correct teamwear for the event and ensuring all items are returned after the event.
* Support Teamwear Manager and Race Team Coordinator with the packing of driver kit ahead of events.
* Coordinate daily tasks with external service suppliers.
* Manage the storage of licensed product samples.
* Manage all stock that comes in and out of the clothing store room.
* Maintain the high standard of the clothing store room keeping it safe, secure and tidy.
* Ensure stock levels of key items are adequate to suit demand.
* Respect the Company’s PRIDE values and act professionally at all times.
Skills and Experience:
* Good observational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
* A passion for clothing, marketing, and motorsport.
* Excellent communication skills.
* The ability to prioritize, organise and manage tasks to a high standard.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of excellent customer service.
* Competent in Microsoft Office; SAP is preferred.
* Forklift training is preferred but not essential.
* Must own a full UK driving license.
