Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team based in Woodhall Spa on a temporary contract, covering maternity leave. The role will involve working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour break for lunch.
The ideal candidate will have the skills and expertise to support our client's HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support to employees, including responding to queries and resolving issues
* Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including shortlisting and interviewing candidates
* Manage employee data and maintain accurate records
* Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
* Experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Estimated Salary:
&30,000 - &40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
