An opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to join our Connected Carers Team in the Fostering Service. You will lead a team of dedicated and experienced professionals and support them to innovate and develop further the support provided to connected carers and Special Guardians. You will be able to evidence good leadership skills and have a sound working knowledge of child protection and legal processes, particularly in relation to connected carers, special guardians and post order support to the guardians. We are looking for a dynamic manager who can join the kinship team and take bring creative ideas to strengthen the practice and work culture.
