We are looking for knowledgeable ERP individuals with ideally 3 years' experience of working with ERP Software Systems, such as Pegasus, Sage, SAP, Netsuite, Business Central, EFACS, Epicor, Kerridge, etc. and proven experience of ERP system implementation, whether working for a software partner, in house or as the end user. As a Business Central Consultant, you will work alongside the existing consulting and project implementation teams to assist customers with business processes and challenges, resolving issues and recommending solutions to address their needs.
Business Central Consultant Key Responsibilities:
1. Part of a team who work to implement Dynamics 365 Business Central projects in small to medium sized businesses in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
2. Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering sessions with clients.
3. Design and configure Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to meet client requirements.
4. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the system.
5. Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Products, Developing, Marketing, Sales and Consulting, as well as other consultants.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
8. Build and expand on positive client relationships whilst developing an understanding of our clients' business.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Business Central Consultant Experience:
1. Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions in an end user environment (as a super user of similar) OR proven experience in implementing another ERP solution such as Pegasus, Sage, SAP, Netsuite, Business Central, Epicor, Kerridge, etc.
2. Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be mapped to Dynamics 365 Business Central or an alternative ERP solution.
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
Successful candidates will embark on an 8 week training program to provide extensive training on Business Central, including hands-on sessions and full access to learning resources.
