Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Chef to join our team at Eurest on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving exceptional food experiences that delight our clients and customers.
Your shift patterns will include working 5 out of 7 days. If you have a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare delicious, high-quality food that exceeds our clients' and customers' expectations
* Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure consistency and excellence
* Identify opportunities to improve our food services and make recommendations
* Listen to customer feedback and act on it to continuously improve our food services
* Support the creation of new menus and innovative food concepts
* Represent Eurest and maintain a positive brand image in all interactions
* Monitor inventory levels to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked
* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations
Ideal Candidate:
* Possesses a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
* Has experience supervising a team and managing kitchen operations
* Has a flexible approach to working and can adapt to changing circumstances
