Hire Desk ControllerLocation: DoncasterSalary: £27,000 - £30,000An industry leading European supplier for railway electrification is looking to recruit a Hire Desk Controller to join their team.Working on the plant hire desk you will be responsible for:- Administering and processing orders for hire, alongside processing the relevant paperwork and maintaining the database systems. - Liaising with the various team to ensure information is accurate and up to date ready for hire. - Build effective customer relationships and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. - Self-motivated with an ability to work independently. - Must have excellent attention to detail and able to query anomalies in information. - Experience with Word, Excel (including standard formulas) and a good level of numeracy skills. - Co-ordinates the whole process from order, data logging, supplying quotes, through to delivery and collection. - Prepping invoices for month end. - Working directly with the other departments, to ensure all projects get the equipment they require at the best price possible,. - Dealing with cross hires and off hires. - Weekly reporting. - Ensuring relevant requisitions and paperwork all in place and approved. - Associated administration and support activity to support the team and company.
