Case Administrator (AO) - Band 2 Wakefield National Probation Service
Client: National Probation Service
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm Friday- 9am- 4:30pm
On-going temporary role
Pay rate: National Minimum Wage
Vetting and security clearance is required for this role and can take 1-3 months to complete before starting.
A full-time temporary position has come available with the National Probation Service!
The Role:
To provide administrative support through efficient processes, maintaining administration systems within specified timescale. To provide an effective and efficient first point of contact with all visitors, telephone callers and undertake case administration functions in accordance with service policy and procedures. You will also provide cover for an effective and efficient reception and telephone enquiry service. Please note you may come across challenging individuals
Skills required:
Knowledge of word, excel, email eg Outlook, (PowerPoint optional), internet.
Online training will be provided to enable search and navigation of NPS electronic case recording system.
Admin experience
Good communication skills
Able to work with challenging customers
