The Role We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Account Manager stepping up to an Account Director, or an established Account Director, with excellent knowledge of experiential campaigns (including sampling) to lead key projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. This position is perfect for someone who can strategically manage and deliver impactful campaigns like pop-ups, sampling, PR stunts, and more while maintaining high standards and driving business growth. The successful candidate will report to the director of experiential and take ownership of client relationships, oversee project delivery, and manage campaign budgets. Responsibilities include: Providing strategic direction to clients across a portfolio of high-profile brands, ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standards Leading the full cycle of experiential campaigns, from planning to execution, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget Managing relationships with external providers, such as producers and events organisers, to ensure cohesive and effective project delivery Collaborating with the Director of Experiential to identify growth opportunities within the portfolio, including new services and expanding into new categories Overseeing project financials, including budgeting, spend allocation, and cost analysis, with accountability for fiscal targets and accurate forecasting Reviewing and analysing campaign performance to drive future efficiencies and improve client satisfaction Staying informed on the latest industry trends, marketplace developments, and client brand performance, and proactively sharing insights with the wider team Skills and Experience Strong background in experiential marketing, ideally within the FMCG or retail sectors Expertise in shopper marketing, paid promotions, and sampling activations Experience with large-scale activations or sampling campaigns within retail, beauty, or FMCG is an advantage Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager, delivering experiential campaigns for FMCG clients Strong track record of growing client revenues and expanding business opportunities Strategic thinking and innovation, with the ability to generate creative ideas that resonate with brands Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to negotiate, challenge, and build strong client relationships Exceptional financial management skills and commercial acumen, with a proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results Proven experience managing projects, teams, and budgets in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines The Ideal Candidate A self-starter with a hands-on, proactive approach to managing projects and client portfolios Strong relationship-building skills, both with clients and internal teams A commercial mindset, with the ability to manage project financials effectively and contribute to business growth A passion for delivering high-quality work and achieving outstanding results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Why Join?
