We are currently partnering an established Law Firm who have been practicing for 35-years, who are recruiting for a number of permanent Conveyancing Fee Earners to join the team in one of the below office locations.
The roles can be based from sites in Birmingham, Stafford, Edgbaston, Lichfield, Solihull, Coventry, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Wolverhampton, Cheltenham, Cardiff, Bridgend or Streatham.
The roles are full time, offering a negotiable salary subject to PQE, and the start date will be subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
* Processing cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
* Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
* Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work
* Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets
* Managing own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision
Experience required:
* Proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning
* Relevant qualification (i.e., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or experience of managing own caseload
