This role will specifically work with Insticator and OKO Digital.
About the Role
Insticator is seeking a proactive and strategic Sr. Account Manager to join our Publisher Success Team, responsible for managing and growing key partnerships. This role is central to driving partner satisfaction, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and retention of publishers.
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts—guiding partners through setup, troubleshooting, strategy, reporting, and day-to-day communication. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Ad Ops, Tech, Finance, Product, and Sales) to deliver a smooth and impactful experience throughout the publisher lifecycle.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Serve as the primary account owner for a portfolio of partners, ensuring strong relationships, performance growth, and retention.
* Oversee full-funnel partner management—onboarding, integration, launch, QA, and ongoing optimizations.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely setup, technical integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting.
* Provide strategic guidance on monetization opportunities and growth.
* Monitor performance and proactively identify trends, blockers, or optimization areas.
* Act as the liaison between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
* Manage partner reporting expectations and share quarterly brand exposure/performance recaps.
* Upsell additional products and services based on partner goals and potential.
* Maintain thorough documentation for onboarding processes, partner status, and account plans.
* Track and support revenue growth by collaborating with the Demand, Sales, and Ad Ops teams.
