Growth and investment remains firmly on the agenda and as such, we are looking to appoint an outstanding Regional Sales Manager – Midlands, North and South West to lead ongoing business growth within this progressive organisation.
Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Head of Sales UKI and part of the UKI sales leadership team, this is a significant leadership role where the incumbent must be able to deliver a high performance agenda and drive a business to maximise its potential.
* Based either in the North of England (Midlands, North-West/Yorkshire), you will formulate and execute a sales strategy for the Midlands, North and South West regions (to include; Yorkshire, North West, Midlands, South West and North East), through the leadership of a team of Account Managers.
* You will develop business opportunities across multiple segments and product lines in a project specification based environment where you will be required to achieve sales growth for customers to include; commercial end users, specifiers, architects, designers, main contractors/subcontractors and property owners etc.
* There are significant market opportunities to maximise and as such, you will lead through your team an innovative commercial plan to ensure business growth in line with territory and UK strategy.
* You will ensure the business offer is highly relevant and proactively identify trends and produce forward plans to identify new market opportunities.
* You will review and constantly re-align the sales and commercial plan in line with market demands to achieve both strategic and financial objectives.
* To drive high impact leadership and direction, creating empowerment and facilitating staff performance.

* Your background will have been gained in a dynamic B2B specification related environment involving commercial not residential projects, where you will have been exposed to customer bases/decision makers to include; architects, designers, consultants, main and subcontractors and end users etc. As such, appropriate sector experience may well include; commercial flooring, lighting, partitioning, furniture, doors, balustrades, fit-out industry, access control, sanitary ware etc.
