Rate: £38 per hour (Paid via Umbrella) About the Role A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join a leading travel and hospitality platform on a 12-month contract. You'll manage high-value Professional Hosts and property management clients, driving revenue growth and optimising performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee a portfolio of 150 high-revenue accounts, working closely with Directors, C-suite, and business owners. Develop and execute data-driven strategies to maximise bookings and revenue. Conduct regular business reviews and optimisation calls, identifying areas for growth. Represent the company at industry events and client meetings. Collaborate with Product, Policy, and Communications teams to drive platform success. Provide hands-on support to hosts, ensuring seamless use of platform features. What We're Looking For 5 years in Account Management, Client Success, or Relationship Management. 2 years in travel, hospitality, or property management. Strong analytical skills, using data insights to drive performance. Excellent communication & presentation skills, engaging confidently with senior stakeholders. Ability to manage fast-paced workloads, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines. Some business development experience is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally to assigned markets.
