As a Social Worker on the Adoption Team you will be
9. To provide a high quality and effective social work service to respond to the needs of children and their families in a timely manner and within statutory guidelines
10. To assess need, plan and deliver focused intervention to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes
11. To undertake varied and complex casework in relation to adoption
12. To work collaboratively with colleagues in the Councils/Trust participating in the Regional Adoption Agency and other partners to drive a seamless service across the adoption system and promote the best outcomes for children and families
As an Social Worker, you are required to:
13. Hold a Social Work England registration.
14. Be eligible to work in the UK.
15. Hold a full UK licence.
16. Social Work Qualification, degree or equivalent.
17. At least 2 years’ experience as a social worker within children’s services.
