Hiring Manager - Tom Howson Closing Date - 26th March 2025 The Opportunity As the New Business Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the workflow within the B2C New Business team and providing support to reports driving team KPI performance. You will ensure quality of instructions and overcome any challenges & ensure clients are satisfied through the services and products provided by Optimus. The role will also involve: Ensuring KPI’s are met by making outbound sales calls. Be the first port of call for inbound sales enquiries. Responsible for generating and converting sales leads in line with targets. Attending broader Optimus monthly sales meetings whilst preparing relevant presentations. Ensuring administration is carried out to support activity including recording call outcomes. Ensure that customer needs are understood and documented in Salesforce. Uploading team leads to Salesforce and reporting activity to the B2C Sales Manager. Plan and work together with the B2C Sale Manager to help instil and reinforce the Landmark strategy and vision with the partners to ensure that you both have a clear understanding of what the future roadmap looks like. Support wider team with the Landmark strategy and the requirements to design and deliver market leading products which provide solutions to clients. Diligent use of all available sales tools & resources such as account plans, CRM systems. Ensure accuracy of data in Salesforce and other administration activities. Support the B2C Sales Manager with tasks where required including holiday cover. Communicate with colleagues to ensure work is completed on time. Delivering 1-2-1s and training to team members. Reviewing processes to seek continuous improvement. Reporting figures to B2C Sales manager regularly. About You You will be an experienced Salesperson who excels at building relationships swiftly and possesses outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Ideal candidates will also have: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. The ability to learn quickly. Flexibility and adaptability in complex and evolving situations. A tenacious 'can-do' attitude. Experience as a Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Lender, or within an Estate Agency is desirable. Experience with software and data products is preferable. Management experience is desirable.
