EMEA Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager for the EMEA region will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing marketing campaigns to promote N-able’s solutions through both direct and indirect (channel) marketing activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the EMEA market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, distribution partners, and resellers. The Marketing Manager will also be tasked with organizing and managing events, leveraging media and public relations, and driving comprehensive marketing initiatives across various platforms.
What You'll Do
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals for the EMEA region.
2. Plan and execute direct marketing activities: Utilize marketing automation tools to manage and track direct marketing campaigns. Develop localized content, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, blog posts, and social media updates, to support marketing initiatives and engage target audiences.
3. Collaborate with distribution partners and resellers to create co-branded marketing materials and campaigns that support mutual business goals.
4. Plan, organize, and execute regional events, webinars, trade shows, and partner events to promote N-able’s solutions and generate leads.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers in the EMEA region.
6. Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, using this information to inform marketing strategies.
7. Work closely with global marketing teams, sales teams, distribution partners, and resellers to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
8. Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives. Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI.
What You'll Bring
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns, preferably within the IT, technology, or B2B sector.
3. Proven success in executing marketing campaigns for both direct and indirect channels in the EMEA region.
4. Experience in both direct and indirect (distribution partners and resellers) marketing.
5. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Creative thinking with a passion for staying updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
