We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Receptionist / Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team at H2B Hair and Beauty, based in our training commercial spa and salons in Exeter. You’ll also help develop the next generation of beauty and hair professionals by supporting our learners in their reception duties.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Managing our booking systems and handling queries.
- Supporting the efficient running of our commercial spa and salon areas.
- Promoting our services via social media and booking platforms.
- Admin tasks, including client records, payments, data entry, and preparing teaching/salon resources.
- Helping to create a realistic working environment for our learners by guiding them through reception duties.
What we’re looking for:
- Someone with previous reception or customer service experience, ideally within a salon, spa, or hospitality setting.
- A friendly, professional, and organised approach to work.
- Confidence using booking systems and social media platforms.
- A passion for supporting learners in a training environment.
- Strong multi-tasking and admin skills with great attention to detail.

The salary quoted is full time. As this role is term-time only, the actual annual salary is £17,772 – £20,055.
