Here at IMG we are pleased to announce that we are looking for a German Speaking Emergency Assistance Coordinator working Remotely or Hybrid on a permanent contract working 37.5 hours a week including some weekends and evenings with a competitive salary of £21,500 - £27,000 (Depending on Experience & Including Language Bonus). You will be providing help to insured clients who suffer injury or illness whilst overseas or require roadside assistance. You will assist with the coordination of medical care, the handling of a loss or their return home.

In the Emergency Assistance Coordinator role, You will be providing help to insured clients who suffer injury or illness whilst overseas or require roadside assistance. You will assist with the coordination of medical care, the handling of a loss or their return home.
You must be able to work under pressure, we’re very busy so you’ll take high volume of varied customer calls every day. You will utilise your customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, acting in a professional manner at all times.

What We`re Looking for:
1. Fluent in German (Required)
2. Previous Call Centre / Customer Service experience (Required)
3. Previous insurance/assistance experience or similar (Preferred)
4. Fluent in English
5. A great communicator and enthusiastic about helping customers
6. Passionate about achieving goals
7. Comfortable dealing with customer queries and complaints
8. Computer literate
9. Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
10. Resilient and can adapt to a fast paced and ever-changing environment
11. Proficiency with Microsoft office suite
12. Strong customer service skills, both for telephony and written communications
13. Attention to detail.
14. Ability to work independently.
15. Ability to prioritize workload.
16. Strong written and verbal communication skills
17. Ability to be adaptive to the needs of the team.
18. Customer service experience (Preferred)
19. Previous call centre experience (Preferred)
20. Previous administration experience (Preferred)
