Our Public Sector Client is looking for a Customer Services Officer to join them on a Temporary Basis. Initially for one month working full time.
Based out of Coalville. Free parking available.
Pay Rate: £13.29ph to £13.74ph
Job Purpose: Be part of a busy team of Customer Service Officers. After initial training you will be expected to answer calls speedily and efficiently, quickly identifying the problem and offering solutions. Be resilient and able to have flexibility in your working day.
Core Responsibilities:
* Predominately talking to customers over the phone or face to face who are facing hardship for food and fuel. Helping to determine the precise need and signposting where necessary.
* Assist wider team with other enquiries on council services such as waste collections as required.
* Assisting with any other duties allocated by the management team.
They are seeking candidates with some life experience, a direct talker who is able to empathise with customers and able to ask probing questions to find out more information will be ideally suited the role.
