We’re looking for a confident and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team in Scarborough on a temporary basis for 1-2 months. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring clients are well-prepared for their upcoming appointments, keeping them informed and engaged every step of the way. Working in a fast-paced office environment, you’ll spend most of your day handling calls, confirming attendance, and providing key updates. If you thrive on meaningful conversations, can handle objections with ease, and love the satisfaction of keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you Some of the key Customer Service Advisor responsibilities are: Make warm-up calls to clients, confirming attendance and ensuring they have all necessary details. Conduct onboarding and welcome calls for new clients. Reach out to clients with updates and new information on an ad-hoc basis. Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and client engagement. Handle objections effectively and confidently communicate key messages.You’ll be an excellent communicator with a natural ability to build rapport quickly, confident in spending most of your day on the phone. Being organised and detail-focused, you’ll adapt your approach to different client personalities, ensuring they feel informed and prepared. This is an office-based role and will be working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm earning a salary of £12.31 per hour.
