RE Teacher – Secondary School – Belle Vue – September Start
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Belle Vue, known for its inclusive community, high academic standards, and strong pastoral support. We are seeking a passionate and engaging Religious Education (RE) Teacher to join the Humanities department on a full-time basis starting in September.

Pay: Paid in line with your teaching scale (MPS/UPS)
Role Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality RE lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students
* Encouraging critical thinking, discussion, and respectful debate on a range of moral, ethical, and religious issues
* Preparing students for GCSE Religious Studies, including coursework and exam content
* Developing engaging and differentiated lesson plans that reflect the school's inclusive ethos
* Contributing to the wider Humanities curriculum and school enrichment activities
* Monitoring and supporting students’ academic and personal development
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Experience teaching RE in a UK secondary school setting
* Strong subject knowledge across world religions, philosophy, and ethics
* A commitment to promoting diversity, tolerance, and student engagement
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills
* An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
