This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a small friendly team. This role is an office based post, the hours are 9-5pm with an hour for lunch.
Responsibilities:
1. Purchase order generating
2. Matching invoices
3. Processing invoices
4. Dealing with supplier queries
5. Weekly Payment Runs
6. Processing payments
7. Supplier Statement reconciliations
8. Month end tasks
9. General administration duties
Skills required:
10. Purchase Ledger experience is essential
11. Sage experience would be preferred
12. Highly proficient Excel skills
13. Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
14. Strong team player
15. High levels of attention to detail
