We are seeking passionate educators to join our team as Unqualified Teachers, supporting students with physical and learning disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers or cover supervisors who have yet to gain QTS but are dedicated to fostering the development and progress of students with SEN.

* Collaborate with Teaching Assistants to provide targeted support for individual student development.
* Plan and prepare lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring accessibility for all students.
* Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment, promoting students’ academic and personal growth.
* Work independently and proactively to address the needs of the class, ensuring all students are supported effectively.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Unqualified Teacher you will:
* Teaching experience in the UK or abroad within the last five years, with references available.
* Prior experience working with pupils or adults with SEND needs.
* A genuine commitment to the progress of students with SEND in an educational setting.
* A strong understanding of lesson planning and delivery within the national curriculum.
* The ability to work independently and take initiative in student care and learning.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Teaching experience in the UK or abroad within the last five years, with references available.
