The role We are looking for a Blue Yonder WMS (Dispatcher) Techno Functional consultant to guide our clients through their Supply Chain modernization journey and build up the Cognizant brand. The role is based in Stafford, UK and you will work from our client's warehouse. In this role you will be involved in the below: - Drive the end-to-end process from business requirement management to integration & configuration and production deployment - Understand the client's challenges and ensuring the solution aligns with their objectives - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency - Ensure best practices is applied - Deliver effective user training and support adoption across teams - Manage stakeholder relationships and cross-functional teams - Own the project roadmap. - Provide the process improvements and provide issue fixes from the Warehouse in Stafford. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: - Experience in BLUEYONDER WMS Dispatcher (latest versions like 2019/2020/2021) Development & implementation projects - Experience in BLUEYONDER WMS Dispatcher configuration for changes, enhancements, and deployments - Experience with Client-facing interactions - Knowledge in PL-SQL procedures, SQL functions and Linux commands - Knowledge in third party applications Metapack application, WMS-WCS automation integration and Jasper reports and Labels creation - Hands-on experience with JIRA and BY WLM (Labor Management) application - You will have the ability to communicate at all levels.
