Development Details: This role will be based at a residential development consisting of 449 Luxury 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments in a 150 year-old heritage setting. Victoria Mills is a 19th century mill situated within the buffer zone of the World Heritage Site in Shipley, Bradford. The development comprises luxury apartments complete with roof gardens, balconies, landscaped gardens, a river frontage seating area and tennis courts. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Post Room Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will: You’ll have high attention to detail and will be an expert at ensuring that all parcels received are logged, tracked, stored, and delivered to residents within the appropriate time frames. You have excellent communication skills, liaising with residents and colleagues when required. You’ll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others. You’ll help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests, and staff at the development throughout your shifts by reporting any defect or health and safety concerns, helping to ensure the safety of everyone on the development. Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
