Chef Manager - HS2 - Kingsbury
£32,009 per annum/ 40 hours per week

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Chef Manager to lead our dedicated catering team producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this prestigious contract.

You'll be working within the exciting and world-leading HS2 contract for ESS. As a Chef Manager, you will report to the Contract Group Manager and run one of the sites within the HS2 Contract. The role will involve an element of cooking onsite and finishing the menu items that will be sent from the 'CPU' Central Production Unit. You will also be responsible for the site bookwork, Health and Safety, and team training. You will be working Monday to Friday, with the possibility of some evenings and weekends.
More about the role:
* The Chef Manager is primarily responsible for producing the food for Staff Dining and Hospitality.
* Prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards checking for taste, presentation, and quality.
* Ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food hygiene procedures.
* Support all areas of the Kitchen as required.
* Ensure food is served promptly and work is carried out quickly and efficiently to keep up when busy.
Who you are:

* Have experience in running a Central Production Kitchen or Food Manufacturing for Distribution.
