We are currently partnering with a Social Housing provider, who are recruiting for a Senior Scheduler to join their repairs team, providing supervisory expertise in a scheduling environment.
This role is on a minimum of a six month contract, however there is a chance for this to be extended for a further six months.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £29,749 per annum, and offers hybrid working and flexible working opportunities.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
1. Lead and manage a scheduling support within a Housing environment, covering both planned and reactive works.
2. Ensuring work is scheduled correctly based on prioritization.
3. Overseeing diaries to ensure no works clash and a manageable load is allocated.
4. Monitoring the progress of work and services, both in house and subcontracted works.
5. Liaising with operatives to close down and complete jobs on in house systems.
Experience required:
1. Management experience in an administrative or scheduling style role.
2. Experience monitoring KPIs and performance.
