Housekeeper / Personal Assistant sought for busy professional employer based in Windsor
A brand new role assisting a busy professional employer who is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper/PA to manage her two small properties. Main residence is based in Windsor and she has a small flat in London, SE1. This full-time daily position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays and be based in Windsor 3 days a week. The salary is negotiable around £50k gross pa based on experience.
Key Responsibilities: This hands-on role includes thorough cleaning, organising, and household management of both properties. The housekeeper will coordinate contractors, oversee maintenance and repairs, and serve as the primary contact for any household issues during the week. Pet care is important as employer has three indoor cats and a Labrador based in Windsor (dog walker employed).
The ideal candidate will be proactive and self-motivated, with previous household management experience. They should be detail-oriented and comfortable with pet care.
Based primarily in Windsor, the role requires flexibility to occasionally work at the London flat (max one day per week). No cooking duties are involved; instead, the focus is on cleaning, maintenance, and managing household needs.
This role suits someone who thrives in an independent work environment, managing varied tasks while supporting a busy professional’s lifestyle.
Driver preferred but not essential.
Monday-Friday, 40 hrs, based at least 3 days pw in Windsor, 1 day working from home and occasionally 1 day in London.
Salary negotiable around £50k gross pa according to experience, start date can be flexible dependent on the right candidate.
