1. Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area

5. Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1's and reviews
6. Influence results through effective team management, action planning, and delivery of plans
7. Demonstrate previous Estate Agency and customer services experience
8. Be target-driven and tenacious, with demonstrable evidence of achievements
9. Effectively manage a team
10. Be motivated and enthusiastic
11. Display high standards of service and presentation
12. Exhibit good organisational skills
13. Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
14. Hold a full driving license, have your own car, and be insured for Business Use
