A brand-new luxury watch boutique are seeking a Sales Consultant with a strong background in luxury retail to work with a discerning client base in first class surroundings.
Responsibilities
* Provide a high standard of service and customer care and provide a welcoming environment
* Sales of luxury watches, providing expert advice through sound product knowledge
* Look after clients with refreshments and any other requirements
* Take on all stages of the training process and keep up to date with new models
* Have impeccable presentation at all times, reflective of the luxury brand
* Contribute to successful in-store or external events to promote the brand
* Build a client ‘book’ with strong relationships maintaining contact and updating them
* Process incoming stock via internal stock systems accurately
* Deal with watches brought in for repair, following brand guidelines
* Display products attractively in order to attract, encourage and motivate attention and sales
* Maintain care of stock, cleaning and pricing the windows and display cabinets
* Perform admin duties associated with the running of the Boutique
* Handle accurately and honestly all cash and credit transactions
* Be vigilant at all times with regard to security, reporting any suspicious incidents immediately
Requirements
* Previous experience working in LUXURY retail is essential
* Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
* Impeccable standards of personal grooming and presentation
* Brand events experience is advantageous
