About the Role
* This is an opportunity to join a committed and experienced client services team.
* You’ll be working on a diverse range of therapy areas including haematology, neurology, immunology, oncology, rare diseases, and renal.
* Provides the opportunity to work on lots of deliverables from sales aids and patient information through to creative brand and promotional copy & design pieces. This is a great role to broaden experience in new areas and unique campaigns.
* As part of the client-facing team, you will work through multiple campaign projects end-to-end from taking the client brief to delivering brilliant content and designs.
* Collaboration with other internal teams such as medical writers, creative, digital, scientific, and patient engagement.
* Managing and directing accounts under your remit, building strong business relationships with the clients and account teams. Liaising with your clients regularly and consulting on strategic direction.
* Proactive development of existing accounts, spotting growth opportunities when they arise.
You
* Will bring a minimum of 4 years’ client services experience within a similar healthcare agency (either healthcare advertising or medical communications will be considered).
* Must have a good understanding of the end-to-end process for a healthcare communications project.
* Are someone who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail and communication skills – confident in making key strategic decisions and influencing clients and stakeholders.
* You’ll have good overall business acumen, be able to effectively plan, monitor, and manage project milestones, costs, and deliverables.
* Must be able to work independently and as part of a team – you’ll be self-motivated and confident in using initiative and sharing ideas.
* You will be able to coach, support, and manage more junior colleagues with a focus on sharing experience and developing their skills and experience.
