Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Critical Care Outreach Practitioner in the friendly Critical Care Outreach team at the QEQM Hospital; they will be responsible for overseeing the high standards of care required for looking after the deteriorating/critically ill patients. Main duties of the job The post holder will be expected to provide professional leadership, advice and guidance for nursing practice within the hospital and being a resource for all nursing staff. They will also need to have expert clinical skills, great communication skills and clinical assessment skills. They will contribute to ensuring that the Nurses within the hospital are developed to maximize their contribution to the achievement of the Trusts service goals and upholds and models the Trust values.
