It’s a great time to join us What you’ll be doing: Reporting to the Programme Director, your key responsibilities will include: Resource & Vendor Management: Own Vendor Onboarding & Resource Planning: Ensure we have the right resources to win. Project Governance: Champion PMO Best Practices: Drive project success through effective governance & documentation. Project Management: Drive Project Delivery: Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep projects on track. Reporting & Control: Keep Projects on Budget & on Time: Track performance and provide clear stakeholder reports. Onboarding & Offboarding: Create a Seamless Team Experience: Manage onboarding and offboarding for a smooth transition. Financial Management: Manage Purchase Orders: Ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Meeting Support: Power Productive Meetings: Schedule, prepare, and manage project documentation. What you’ll need: Experience as a PMO Analyst or similar role, ideally within an agency environment (but not mandatory) Proficiency in Jira, Miro, Salesforce and SharePoint. Analytical skills and ability to manage complex information. Accurate data entry and reporting skills. Comfortable working in a collaborative environment where priorities may shift.
