Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a long established and reputable law firm, in their search for a residential conveyancer.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, hardworking individual who has a real ambition to succeed, and who has a willingness to develop and expand their existing business in this area.
Main responsibilities:
* Provide high quality legal advice and support services to clients in the residential conveyancing process.
* The role will involve assisting with file setup, searches, drafting contracts, redemption statements, drafting land registry forms.
* Build relationships with clients, contacts and other professionals on behalf of the team.
* Assist Head of Department/Director in the management of caseload by dealing with file related queries either face-to-face or by telephone.
The ideal candidate will have Between 2 and 5 years pre or post qualification experience as a residential conveyance. They will also have a strong academic background with a law degree and have well-developed interpersonal and IT skills.
