We’re looking for a passionate individual to manage a high-profile portfolio of work involving strategy development and delivery, coordinating activity across a range of networks, and building relationships with key stakeholders, staff, and partner organisations.
You will be responsible for aligning with and developing strategies for elements of our digital programme, particularly the introduction of an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) in June 2025. This initiative is part of a wider digital transformation aimed at improving patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and reducing waste/duplication.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing, implementing, and continuously improving our stakeholder communications and engagement strategy.
2. Building relationships with key stakeholders, staff, and partner organisations.
3. Setting the strategic direction for communications around the EPR programme.
4. Supporting the development and delivery of the programme objectives.
