Working within the Directorate of Resources – Digital Applications & Analytics, you will report to the Lead Systems Support Analyst and be responsible for a variety of support, administration, and configuration tasks across several business-critical Information Systems within the College. The role involves responding to and assisting with systems support issues, configuration of various systems and reports, assessment, testing, and verification of system changes, bug fixes and upgrades. You will also engage with key stakeholders, analyse issues and emerging business requirements, and train and educate colleagues in the use of systems.
This role is ideal for an individual with:
·Experience of software/service testing & verification
·Experience working in cross-functional operations teams
·Experience working in a hybrid (remote and on-site) work environment
·Experience working with helpdesk and work ticketing systems
·An understanding of the software development lifecycle
·Excellent problem-solving skills
·The ability to create clear documentation
·Experience with M365 packages
·A desire to learn new technologies & improve processes
·A logical approach to problem solving
Desirable skills include:
·Knowledge of Dynamics 365
·Knowledge of relational databases – SQL Server & Access
·Knowledge of MS Power BI
·Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate
·Experience with VBA
