Join us at Climb, where you’ll be part of a dynamic team that’s not only achieving great things but also having fun along the way About the role As an Account Manager, you will be part of a successful sales team, responsible for developing, managing, and growing sales and relationships with existing customers and partners. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, identifying new and renewal opportunities, contacting new leads, supporting customers and partners, increasing brand awareness, and achieving individual and team sales targets. On a daily basis, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of Climb’s resellers and their new and renewal business needs. Additional responsibilities include: Identifying and recruiting new partners to the channel. Introducing Climb UK’s proposition to both new and existing partners. Establishing new business opportunities with targeted accounts through prospecting, networking, qualifying, and closing techniques. Creating long-term pipelines and strategies. Continuously learning about new products and enhancing your knowledge and selling skills. Collaborating with marketing to drive campaigns. Working with the Climb Base Camp team to provide excellent customer service. Providing customer quotations and working closely with other teams to ensure world-class service. Identifying and acting on upsell, cross-sell, and consolidation opportunities. Maintaining accurate renewal matches in the renewals system. Familiarity with Climb Systems is essential, including keeping databases up-to-date and engaging in product, systems, and skills training as required.
