Role and Responsibilities: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective learning activities tailored to EYFS pupils. Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that encourages children's development in line with the EYFS curriculum. Assist with day-to-day classroom management, preparation of resources, and small group activities. Observe and record children's progress, offering constructive feedback to teachers and parents where required. Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to contribute to a cohesive and supportive school community. Requirements: Previous experience working with children in an EYFS setting is essential. A relevant qualification, such as a Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Education, is desirable. A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to supporting children's learning and development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
