Job Title: CNC Turner / CNC Miller Job Type: Days based, Perm Location: Farnham Pay: £33,000 - £35,000 Hours: Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:30 Fri 08:00-15:30 Our client has been established since 1958. Manufacturing their own components for various industries. They use a range of materials, Stainless Steel, SG Iron, Aluminium alloys, Mild Steel, plastics, etc. Into petrochemical, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, water, anywhere there are pipelines that need industrial automated control. Our client has 4 sites with a total workforce of 201 employees and growing Our client is looking for a CNC Turner and a CNC Miller to join their skilled team. CNC Miller duties ⦁ Programming jobs from drawings on Mills with Fanuc controls - Will consider setters ⦁ Programming jobs from drawings on Mills with Heidenhain (training provided) - will consider setters ⦁ Batch runs of 50-400off Experience ⦁ Conventional & CNC Milling ⦁ CADCAM – Edgecam on site (others considered) ⦁ Fanuc/Heidenhain ⦁ Use of PCs – Spreadsheets, emails, etc (must) CNC Turner duties ⦁ Setting and operating twin spindle Mill/Turn machines (training provided) ⦁ Setting and operating twin spindle twin turret lathes ⦁ Batch runs of 50-400off Experience ⦁ Conventional & CNC Turning ⦁ Fanuc ⦁ Use of PCs – Spreadsheets, emails, etc (must) Qualifications ⦁ Apprentice trained (desirable) ⦁ HNC minimum (must) Benefits: ⦁ Monthly paid bonus scheme (average approx. 10%) ⦁ Pension scheme – Minimum Employee Pension 4.7% - Employer pension contribution 6.8% ⦁ Life insurance ⦁ On site free parking ⦁ 33 days holiday inc bank holiday ⦁ Overtime available - 1.25x on weekdays / 1.5x on Saturdays What next? ⦁ Do you have the experience?
