Responsibilities: As the Head of Office, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and leading a team of brokers. Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals Building and maintaining relationships with clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders Managing a team of broking staff, including handlers and account executive and sales staff Involvement with hiring, training, and performance evaluation Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback and coaching to team members Monitoring market trends and developments to identify new business opportunities Managing and resolving client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance broking, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record Emotional intelligence and ability to get the best out of those around them A relevant professional qualification, such as ACII, is highly desirable Experience managing budgets and P&Ls would be advantageous Job synonyms: Sales Director, Branch Manager, Broking Manager, Team Leader, Insurance Manager, Commercial Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, Managing Broker Referral Fee: Not right for you but you know someone who maybe suitable?
