Job Description
1. Provide support and solutions to customers/clients

4. Assist in the implementation of new processes
5. Ensure client satisfaction through prompt and efficient service
6. Carry out administrative tasks with high attention to detail
The Successful Applicant
1. Experience in customer service/administrative roles
2. Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Proficient in using software and databases
