Duties include: Leading and managing the financial accounting team Preparing financial statements and reports Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures Managing budgeting and forecasting processes Providing financial analysis and recommendations to senior management Collaborating with internal and external auditors Required Qualifications: Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA) Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer?
