The Role We require a hands-on Marketing Manager to manage 1 member of staff and support our Operational Systems business unit which make up several solution areas: Health Insights Enterprise Systems Children & Young People This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to build on their existing expertise with the ambition of creating and delivering bigger, bolder and better campaigns which engage and inspire our prospective clients and drive future strategies. The candidate will help lead the marketing for their assigned solution areas; focus on driving sustainable, profitable growth through campaigns and defining CACI products across multiple markets. They will also manage a Marketing Executive. To deliver against this ambition, the role requires a person who can act with integrity, work collaboratively and reimagine the possible. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and will be based across our London (Kensington) office. We have a flexible working policy but the candidate should expect to be in the office at least 3 days a week. The ideal candidate The successful candidate for this role will be degree educated and preferably hold a CIM qualification. They will have worked within a B2B environment for business services and ideally within the technology sector. They will have proven campaign planning, strategy, project management, staff management and budget control experience. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must to build successful working relations with key internal stakeholders. The candidate needs to demonstrate strong influencing skills, inspiring leadership and have a proven track record of working within complex stakeholder networks and demonstrated the ability to bring people along with them. The candidate must also have good analytical ability, as well as experience of capturing, analysing and developing recommendations based on ROI data sets - excellent project management skills are also key. The role will require somebody to be confident with campaign planning and execution, audience segmentation, market research, content creation and management, budget and ROI measurement. Key responsibilities Facilitate and contribute to the marketing strategy and review against strategic growth priorities. Develop and drive annual marketing plan - working to budget. Working with Content Marketing/ Sales and Presales to identify target markets and develop effective strategies to communicate to them. Contribute to the content plan, led by the overall marketing/ business strategy. Working with 3 rd Parties on integrated lead generation campaigns (telemarketing & agencies) Drive brand awareness through the delivery of content via various marketing channels Create, deliver and evaluate commercially focused online & offline lead generation marketing campaigns. Work in an agile and flexible way across campaigns and programmes to ensure that all the solution areas are continually focused on creating the most value for CACI clients and prospects. Review audience profiles, research reports, voice of prospect surveys and client segmentation produced by the content team. Work with the sales teams to ensure lead monitoring and CRM systems are accurate. Monitor and evaluate ROI of activity and report back to the business monthly. Communicate campaign development and success appropriately with key stakeholders in the Operational Systems teams. Work with the strategic account teams to make sure we are targeting the right people at the right accounts and that all marketing activity is aligned to potential commercial outcomes. Support other Business Unit Marketing Managers in capturing best practice and learning insights from campaign activity that can then be shared through the capability line. Manage and mentor the Marketing Executive to ensure they are as productive and fulfilled as possible. Core skills, knowledge and experience required: Proven experience within B2B markets. Experience of working with and market knowledge of Public Sector organisations would be an advantage. Knowledge of a wide range of on and offline marketing techniques and concepts as well as of marketing tools; i.e. CRM, CMS and marketing automation systems. Experience with Netsuite and Hubspot would be an advantage. Budget management skills. People management skills. Demonstrable influencing and negotiating skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
