This role is for an initial period of up to 3 months, and you must be immediately available to start. As an FTSU Lead, you will play a vital role in building a culture where everyone feels confident and supported to raise concerns. In this role you will: Provide confidential support and advice to corporate members and flexible workforce members who wish to speak up. Work with leaders and partner Trusts to address concerns and deliver resolutions. Support and promote a positive Speaking Up culture across the organisation and contribute to regional and national FTSU initiatives. Develop and implement educational and interactive programmes to encourage speaking up at all levels. Oversee and support the FTSU Champion network, ensuring champions are empowered to drive change locally. Regularly review and update People Team policies, ensuring alignment with employment law, FTSU learning, and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion principles. Experience with policy development, training delivery, or whistleblowing frameworks is a plus. Experience handling complaints and incidents professionally and effectively. The ability to work independently while providing valuable insights and reports to senior leadership. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture. This role doesn’t involve direct line management but requires collaboration with champions and leaders across the organisation.
