All About You
* Qualifications: Registered healthcare professional with NMC, HCPC, or similar recognised body.
* Leadership Experience: Proven track record in clinical leadership, ideally with experience managing complex healthcare services in the independent sector. You'll have a strong understanding of service re-design, clinical pathways and system reform
* Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices. You'll have specific knowledge of NHS Standard Contract requirements
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with patients, families, and the wider healthcare team.
* Problem Solving: Analytical thinker with an ability to make strategic decisions, manage risks, and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
* Commitment to Excellence: Passion for maintaining and raising clinical standards, patient safety, and delivering compassionate care.
What Will You Be Doing?
* Leading the clinical services team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care across all areas of the hospital
* Overseeing clinical operations, including staffing, training, and development of the clinical team
* Managing clinical governance, including incident reporting, audits, and adherence to policies and regulations
* Collaborating closely with senior leadership to set strategic goals and ensure alignment with organisational priorities
* Driving quality improvement initiatives, monitoring outcomes, and implementing solutions to enhance patient care
* Engaging with patients, families, and stakeholders to gather feedback and make improvements in service delivery
* Supporting the hospital’s compliance with regulatory standards and ensuring a high standard of care is consistently delivered
