Location: Office Based Brierley Hill, West Midlands
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, Pension, 25 days holiday, company bonus

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring the office environment is organised, efficient, and professional.
2. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available and ordered in a timely manner.
3. Set up meeting rooms and ensure they are equipped with the necessary technology, materials, and refreshments.
4. Coordinate internal and external meetings, handling logistics, scheduling, and communication with attendees.
5. Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute accurate meeting minutes to the relevant parties.
6. Organize and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation for staff.
