The Role: As a Program Management Intern, you'll contribute to impactful projects within our Ford businesses, supporting the successful delivery of vehicle features and programs. You'll gain experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving within a fast-paced environment. - Assist in managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Support cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. - Help identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation. - Track and report on project progress. - Support program managers with stakeholder engagement and communication. - Student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. - Interest in the automotive industry and program management principles. Location: Dependent on the projects you're working on, there will be opportunity for hybrid working with some time spent at our Dunton campus in Essex. ?
